The focus of this 3 evening program is recruiting basics, plus how to help the new person in the first 7 days of a their new career. We'll focus on how to lead with what THEY are looking for, not how wonderful what we have is. The script principles for recruiting in today's skeptical marketplace will reflect how important it is to find the right person, not just someone you have to drag across the finish line. Brief course description: Evenings 1-2 will focus on recruiting scripts for the initial call and follow-up, and evening 3 we'll discuss how to help the new recruit in those 7 first, critical days. This will not be the usual throw-em up-against-the-wall and see who sticks approach. You will learn to select the recruits you want, so you can help just one or two grow until they're ready to make it on their own. Once you know their financial goals, I'll show you how to show them how to introduce the product and business to others.
